Chocolate Chip Brioche Bread Pudding

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Milk
  • 14oz Can Condensed Milk
  • 1 Tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 3 Eggs
  • 2 Specially Selected Chocolate Chip Brioche Loaf cut into 1-inch cubes
  • ¼ Cup Chopped Walnuts

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together milk, condensed milk, cinnamon and eggs until everything has thoroughly combined.
  • Place the cubes of brioche into a 3.5 qt baking dish, then sprinkle the chopped walnuts over the bread. Carefully pour the milk mixture over bread and let it sit for 10 minutes, so the bread has time to absorb some of the custard mixture.
  • After 10 minutes, lightly spray a piece of foil with non-stick spray and loosely cover the baking dish. Bake for an hour to an hour and 15 minutes, until the custard has set.
  • Let cool for 20 minutes before serving. Serve with a dusting of powdered sugar, and a dollop of whipped cream.
