Instructions
Scoop the avocado flesh into a blender or food processor. Add the garlic, green onion, tomatillo, cilantro, serrano, lime juice, 1 ½ cups of water, and salt then blend until smooth. Adjust the salt to taste, then serve with tortilla chips.
