Now, let’s assemble the Micheladas:

  • Michelada Mix: In a large pitcher, combine 3 ¾ cups of pineapple juice, ¼ cup of lime juice, and 2 tablespoons of hot sauce. Stir well to ensure a perfect blend of flavors. Set the pitcher aside while we prepare the Micheladas.
  • Micheladas: Start by rimming your glasses with Tajin. Pour Tajin onto a small plate and use a lime wedge to wet the rim of each glass. Dip the glass into the Tajin to coat the rim evenly.

Give the mixture a gentle stir to combine all the flavors perfectly.

Add garnishes to your Micheladas:

To enhance the presentation, garnish your Michelada with a pineapple wedge, pineapple leaves, or spicy tamarind straws. (I love using banderillas!)

Note: If using smaller glasses, adjust the Michelada mix proportionately by pouring approximately ¼ cup of the spicy pineapple michelada mix instead of ½ cup.
