3-Ingredient Bean and Cheese Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 ¾ cups Refried Beans (about 1-16 ounce can)
  • ½ cup Enchilada Sauce
  • 8 ounces Colby Jack Cheese , shredded

Optional: Garnish

  • diced onion
  • chopped cilantro

Instructions

  • In a heat proof bowl, stir the beans and enchilada sauce together then mix in the shredded colby jack cheese.
  • Pop the bowl in the microwave for 2-4 minutes, until the cheese is nice and melted.
  • Pour the bean dip into a serving bowl, then garnish with chopped onion and cilantro if you'd like, then serve with tortilla chips.
