- 1/2 lbs Ripe Strawberries stems removed and roughly chopped
- 2 Cups Ripe Champagne (Ataulfo) Mangoes (from about 4 mangoes)
- 2 ounces Lime juice (approximately 1 lime)
- 6 cups Water
Start by placing the chopped strawberries in a blender, then peel the mangoes and use a knife to carefully slice around the pit. Toss the pit, then add the sliced mango to the blender and blend to purée. (If you can't find fresh ripe strawberries or mangoes, buy them frozen! Just let them thaw before using.)
Once the fruit has been puréed, add the lime juice then pour 6 cups of water into the blender and blend until smooth. Pour your agua into a large pitcher then taste for sweetness and add sugar if it needs to be adjusted.
Add a few cups of ice to the pitcher then give it a stir and serve.
For easy margaritas, stir in 1 cup of your favorite tequila.
