La Sandía Enchilada Cocktail

- 2/3 cup watermelon juice
- 1 oz tequila
- 1/2 oz watermelon pucker
- 1 oz lime juice
- 1 tsp agave
- 1 pinch of cayenne pepper add a second pinch if you can handle the heat
- Garnish
- 1 paleta de sandia Vero rebanaditas
In a shaker filled with ice, combine the watermelon juice, tequila, watermelon pucker, lime juice, agave, and cayenne pepper.
Shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds.
Pour mixture into a tall glass filled with ice.
Finish by garnishing with a paleta.
