Learn how to make tamales with Esteban from the Chicano Bakes cookbook! In this class you’ll be making tamales from the “Antojitos” chapter, filled with rajas con queso (roasted poblano and cheese) with a salsa verde and we’ll be making both the masa dough and filling from scratch!
